These are dinners I’ve made more times than I can count. Some are one-pan meals, some use leftovers, and others come together with just a few ingredients.
I’ll use frozen veggies, a can of beans, or whatever’s already in the fridge. They’re easy to make, and they’ve saved me on more lazy nights than I can remember.
