What To Serve With This Steak Dish

I love to serve arroz con carne with plantains, whether they’re plantain chips. I love this easy air-fried plantain chip recipe. Or arañitas de platano, twice fried patacones and these air fried yuca fries.

Instead of plain white rice, serve the steak with cilantro lime rice and this quick canned black beans recipe, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, lettuce, sour cream—viola, you have a burrito bowl.

You can even turn this combination into a quesadilla rellena.
