  • Cook in a convection oven
  • Start with low heat – 200 – 210 degrees, then increase towards the end
  • Once the cauliflower thin is crispy, add the toppings

Equipment

  • 1 Convection Toaster Oven
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Cheese grater

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Tomato Paste organic
  • 6 pieces Pepperoni grass fed
  • 2 pieces Cauliflower thins

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 275 degrees
  • Grate mozzarella cheese (optional) sliced cheese works.
  • Bake cauliflower slims for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes or desired crispiness, remove slims from the oven and add tomato paste, grated cheese, and pepperoni.
  • Return to the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

I love to prepare these for a quick lunch and let the oven do all the work. I typically drop these in the oven while I take work calls.
