Ever go out to eat and get totally obsessed with something like a mozzarella stick or fries? Same. Whether it’s Chipotle’s carnitas or that new smoky adobo ranch sauce, I love figuring out how to make them at home.
Copycat recipes are always a little tricky. I’m always trying to use good ingredients but still get them close enough to the restaurant version that you honestly don’t miss the original.
My Favorite Homemade Copycat Recipes
Some of these took a few tries to get just right. But once they landed, I stopped needing the drive-thru version. These are the fries, wraps, sauces, and saucy pastas I just make at home now. They actually scratch the itch.
