Sauces and Marinades That Make Dinner Better

Marinades and sauces are such a great way to add a ton of flavor to everyday meals. A simple dinner always feels more exciting with the right sauce. I love a rice bowl with more than one sauce, and nothing beats a good marinade for making chicken taste its best.

The Sauces and Marinades On My Favorites List

Some dinners just need a little something extra, and that’s why I love these sauces and marinades. Chimichurri, ají picante, sofrito, and adobo ranch each bring their own twist, whether it’s herby, spicy, or creamy. I also lean on citrusy recipes like Cuban pollo asado and the Chipotle pollo asado copycat, where the marinades do all the work to make chicken bright, and juicy.
