Chicken recipes I make on repeat are the ones I reach for when I’m craving a protein rich dinner, craving chicken or not sure what to cook.
Chicken cooks pretty quickly, goes with just about everything, and I always try to have some in the fridge or freezer. These are the recipes that never let me down, always coming out tender, juicy, with so much flavor, and so good every time.
From quesadillas, tacos, rice bowls, skewers, and crispy chicken cutlets (my fave).
Why I Keep Coming Back to These
Some nights I want a rice bowl with lots of toppings, other nights I go for a one pot dinner that only needs one skillet, and sometimes I bake chicken in the oven when I’d rather let the oven do the work while I get everything else ready. These recipes make cooking so simple, which is why I love to keep them top to mind. They’re the meals that feel so simple, and delish!
