- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F
- Make the Garlic Pickle Butter: Melt ½ cup of butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in 1 tsp minced garlic, ½ tsp pickle seasoning and 1 tbsp pickle juice. Set aside.
- Prepare the Baking Dish: Grease the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with a thin layer of the garlic pickle butter mixture. You can use parchment paper for easier cleanup, but it's optional.
- Slice the Rolls: Keeping the slider rolls connected, slice them in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer. Place the bottom layer into the prepared baking dish.
- Add the Mayo-Mustard Spread: In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp mayo and 3 tbsp Dijon mustard. Spread this mixture evenly across the inside of the top half of the rolls.
- Layer the Fillings: On the bottom half of the rolls, layer the ham, cheese, and pickle slices. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
- Brush with Butter and Add Poppy Seeds: Generously brush the remaining garlic pickle butter over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of poppy seeds, if using.
- Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Finish and Serve: Once out of the oven, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the sliders. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
