Ingredients
  

  • 2 Whole Breasts
  • 1 cup Plain Pork Rinds
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Slices Mozarella Cheese

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer Convection Oven
  • 1 Baking Pan
  • 1 Tongs
  • 1 Mug

Method
 

  1. Step 1
    Crush the pork rinds and mix with the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano. Place on a baking pan.
  2. Step 2
    Rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry. Coat both sides of the chicken with the parmesan mix and place on a baking dish.
  3. Step 3
    Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 375 for 7 minutes on one side and flip and bake for another 7 minutes.
  4. Step 4
    Remove from the oven and place a slice of mozzarella on each piece of chicken. Return to the oven and broil for 8 minutes.
