Pasta
- Bring a shallow pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the angel hair pasta, and cook as directed on the packaging.
- Before draining reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Chimichurri Sauce
- Finely chop fresh cilantro, parsley and oregano. Mince the fresh garlic.
- Combine with softened butter or olive oil, based on preference.
- Season with salt, add lemon juice and hint of vinegar. Shredded parmesan cheese, optional.
- In a skillet, coat the angel hair pasta with the chimichurri sauce. Remove from heat and toss using tongs.
- Serve and enjoy!
