Step 1Place the boneless skinless chicken thighs in a medium-sized bowl, add the sazon, cumin, salt, vinegar, and oil, and mix well. Make sure the chicken is well and evenly coated in all the seasoning. Step 2Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, and avoid stacking the thighs on top of each other. Step 3Set the air fryer at 390 degrees for 20 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken thighs. If you have smaller chicken thighs, 20 minutes will be ideal. If you have medium-larger thighs, cook them for 22 minutes, and adjust as needed.The batch of chicken I made had small and medium-sized chicken thighs, so after 20 minutes, I removed the smaller pieces to avoid overcooking. Step 4Serve topped with cilantro or your favorite sauce. Add red pepper flakes and squeeze lime or lemon juice on the chicken if you love a little kick.This recipe is so simple and delicious! Enjoy!
