Ingredients
  

Hummus
  • 1 can Organic Garbanzo Beans 15.5 oz can
  • 1 tbsp Organic Tahini
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ Lemon (Juiced)
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 2 cloves Fresh Garlic
Crackers and Snacks
  • 2 oz Toasted Everything Corn Crackers
  • 2 oz Toasted Sweet Corn Crackers
  • 2 oz Guava Corn Crackers
  • 2 oz Giant Peruvian Inca Corn
Fresh Fruit
  • ¼ cup Organic Blueberries
  • ½ cup Organic Strawberries
  • ½ cup Organic Blackberries
Cured Meats
  • 2 oz Genoa Salame
  • 2 oz Jamón Ibérico

Equipment

  • 1 Food processor
  • 1 Small or Medium-Sized Cutting Board
  • 1 Fine Mesh Strainer

Method
 

Prep The Fruit
  1. Clean the fruit in a baking soda vinegar mix and rinse well. Drain the fruit well using a fine mesh strainer.
Hummus
  1. Step One
    Open the can of chickpeas, carefully pour out about half of the liquid, and add them to the food processor along with the tahini, fresh lemon juice, fresh garlic, salt, and olive oil, and pulse the food processor until you get to a creamy consistency.
  2. Step Two
    Then, transfer the creamy garbanzo puree into a bowl and top with olive oil, finishing salt, and any of your favorite toppings.
Build The Board
  1. Add the rinsed fruit, and carefully decorate the board. Then add the crackers, cured meats, and other delicious ingredients you'll love on the board.
  2. Serve a few minutes before consuming.

Tips:

  1. Place sturdier fruits like strawberries and blackberries on the outer section of the board to prevent round fruits like blueberries from rolling off.
