- 1 pack Corn Tortillas
- ⅓ cup Avocado Oil
- ⅓ cup Filtered Water
- 1 pinch Maldon Salt
1 Air Fryer
1 Tongs
1 Wooden Cutting Board
1 Paring Knife
Step OneIf you have a frozen pack of corn tortillas, thaw them before air frying. Step TwoMix water with avocado oil in a bowl and coat each tortilla on both sides with a pastry brush. Step ThreeCut four tortillas at a time into four pieces to make restaurant-size tortilla chips. You can cut them into smaller pieces to yield more chips from one corn tortilla. Step FourPlace the tortilla chips in the air fryer basket and try to place them there in a single layer or two. Set the air fryer at 390 degrees for 4 minutes, shake the basket halfway through, and flip the chips. Step FiveOnce golden brown, remove them from the air fryer. Sprinkle them with Maldon salt for that beautiful crystallized salt.
