Step 1Next, scoop the vanilla bean with a butter knife by cutting the vanilla bean pod open lengthwise.
Step 2Add all the wet and dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl, including the vanilla bean, and melted butter. Take a whisk and mix well until the batter has a thick consistency.
Step 3Set the skillet or a pan to low-medium heat. Butter the griddle.Measure ½ cup portions of the batter and pour on the skillet or griddle.Flip when a golden brown color.
Step 4Serve and enjoy!
