Can we make a gluten-free version?

- 1 Whisk

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour Organic All Purpose Flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1½ tbsp butter
- 1 whole egg
- 1 whole vanilla bean pod
Instructions
- Step 1Next, scoop the vanilla bean with a butter knife by cutting the vanilla bean pod open lengthwise.
- Step 2Add all the wet and dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl, including the vanilla bean, and melted butter. Take a whisk and mix well until the batter has a thick consistency.
- Step 3Set the skillet or a pan to low-medium heat. Butter the griddle.Measure ½ cup portions of the batter and pour on the skillet or griddle.Flip when a golden brown color.
- Step 4Serve and enjoy!
