Our favorite flour

I enjoy using good quality ingredients, and in this case, we used Bob’s Red Mill Organic All-Purpose Flour, Bob’s Red Mill Baking Soda, and Bob’s Red Mill Baking Powder.

Butter vs. Oil

Why butter versus oil? We prefer the taste of butter in this recipe.

You can swap the all-purpose flour for gluten-free flour. Both the baking powder and baking soda are gluten-free.
