Equipment

  • 1 Convection Toaster Oven
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Food processor
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Large bowl
  • 1 Small Baking Dish

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Fresh Salmon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt organic
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt grass fed
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 half Lemon
  • 1 bunch Cilantro

Instructions

  • Prepare your mise en place and start with preheating the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Rinse and clean the cilantro and let dry. In a separate bowl, clean, and rinse the salmon - scale if needed. Cut into 4 equal pieces. Pat Dry.
  • Place the salmon in the small baking dish, add olive oil and lightly salt on both sides of the salmon. Place in the oven at 375 for 15-20 minutes - depending on the size of the salmon.
  • Now that the cilantro is fully clean remove the stems. Place the cilantro leaves in the food processor along with the garlic cloves, salt, yogurt, and the juice of half a lemon. Run the food processor for 2-3 minutes or until cilantro and cloves are finely chopped.

  • Plate, add sauce and enjoy!
